NCIS fanfic- kidnap- part 3

When they reached the car Tony thought he might as well try his luck at being cheeky, he couldn't get in any more trouble than he had previously.
"So Gibbs you have no clue whatsoever what's happening?" Tony shot.
"Nope" Gibbs answered him simply.
"Well what did the person on the phone say?" Tony asked,
"Exactly what were doing, going to Melloway Park" Gibbs informed him.
At that point Gibbs took a sharp right sending DiNozzo flying straight into the window, much to Ziva's amusement.
"Ow!" Tony exclaimed,
Ziva's laugh burst from her lips, not being able to hold it in anymore.

They arrived at Melloway Park a little later and were surprised at how empty it was, Melloway was one of the most popular parks in the area and it was deserted, was that a coincidence?
"They said under the three oaks" Gibbs told them,
"Where's that?" Tony asked.
"I'm guessing its those three trees over there" Ziva told him, pointing to three trees right next to each other.
"Oh" Tony answered, dumbstruck.  
"There's no one there" Ziva stated "Do you think they were having you on?"
They wandered over to the three trees and almost as if to answer her question somebody crept slowly towards them.
"Agent Gibbs?" A girl asked.
"Yeah?" Gibbs asked, turning around to face her.
"They were right, your not how I expected you" The girl told him.
"Who are you?" Ziva asked her suspiciously.  
"Jess Cooper, Et toi?" The girl told her, suddenly switching from English to French.    
"You speak French?" Ziva asked intrigued.
"Yeah, quite fluently, I had to learn it" Jess  told her simply.
"Hmm, lets see if I can still do this… Salut, Je mappelle Ziva David et…" she pointed at Tony "Anthony Dinozzo."
"Oui, I've heard a lot about you" Jess told them.
"Can we speak in English please?" Tony asked, not looking impressed.  
Ziva and the girl just stool there, looked at him blankly and laughed.
"Il Assez Dense, non?" Jess asked, raising an eye brow.
"Oui" Ziva laughed.
"Oh whatever, enough with the chit chat, why are we here?" Tony asked, cutting to the chase, sick of not being able to understand them.
"Impatient aussi" Jess stated
"Oui, essayer de vivre avec cela" Ziva answered, looking unimpressed.
"Come on" Gibbs snapped, interrupting their conversation,
"What?" Ziva asked sounding hurt.
"Back to Abby, see if she's found anything on our wives" Gibbs told them.
"Well what about Jess?" Ziva asked.
"She's coming with us" Gibbs told them.
"Oh boss, are you kidding?" Tony moaned.
"Do I look like I'm kidding Tony!?" Gibbs snapped at him.
"No boss" Tony sighed.
"Oh, this could be fun" Ziva smiled.
"What?" Tony asked suspiciously.
"Nothing!" Ziva beamed.  
They walked slowly back to the car with Jess trailing behind them, not too sure what she was meant to do.

They drove back slowly, Tony in the front, Ziva and Jess in the back seat. It didn't take long for Gibbs to start questioning her.  
"So who's they?" Gibbs asked openly without specifying a target.  
"What?" Ziva and Tony asked at the same time.
"He's talking to me" Jess told them.
"What?" Ziva asked again, looking confused as ever.  
"The guys who are after me, the reason I called you, there all after me" Jess told them.
"Who?" Gibbs asked,
"Everyone" Jess stated, shaking,
"Your going to have to be more specific than that" Gibbs told her, anger in his voice.
"By any chance is your dad a marine?" Ziva piped up.
"Yeah."
"And were you kidnapped by any chance?"
"Nearly, I was more than a match for the three men who tried to kidnap me, they managed to blindfold me but not much else, I wouldn't be here if they had" Jess stated.
"Well what else happened?" Gibbs asked.
"You don't want to know…" Jess told him, rolling her eyes and trailing off.
"Oh" Ziva sighed with a high pitched voice.
"What?" Gibbs asked sounding agitated.  
"Don't worry Gibbs" Ziva cut in "So its all connected? all the kidnappings" Ziva stated.
"There's been others?" Jess asked, looking suddenly petrified.
"Yeah" Ziva said simply.
"What… what were their names?" Jess asked, the fear overtaking her.  
"Surnames? Finn and Potts."  
"Emily Finn?"
"Yeah why?" Gibbs asked.
"Oh god, Emily" Jess sighed.
"What's the matter?" Ziva asked.
"I know her, I babysat her sometimes but we were more like friends than just child and baby sitter" Jess told them.
"We will get her back" Ziva attempted to reassure her but failed.
"Don't lie to me Ziva, I know you all do that to make people feel better, it doesn't work on me" Jess told her, pooping on her parade.
"Oh" Ziva managed.
"I know all the tricks,  I wouldn't try them if I was you" Jess told her.  
"Wow it's a mini Gibb!" Tony hissed under his breath.
"What was that Dinozzo?" Gibbs asked.
"Nothing boss!" Tony snapped straight away finishing the conversation until they returned to the NCIS building…
